General
Notes:
- The
number of staff attending will depend on the
nature of the work undertaken. In most instances
we would only fee for hours spent on site and
not man hours.

Where travelling time is over 1 hour or 20 miles
from Bradford, we reserve the right to charge
a minimum rate of 2 hours per visit.

Full day equals 8 man hours
- Hardware
support - where there is no manufactures warranty,
hardware and labour is charged at the prevailing
rate.

Hardware support - where there is a manufactures
warranty, labour only is charged at the prevailing
rate.

Fees paid per month in advance via Standing
Order
- Items
other than man hours (hardware, software, etc)
will be invoiced at the time and sudject to
our normal payment terms and conditions
